A new chapter in Scottsdale's hospitality scene unfolds with the grand opening of the AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town. This six-story establishment, located at 7117 E. 3rd Avenue, introduces a modern, European-inspired aesthetic to the heart of the city's vibrant entertainment district.

Developed and managed by PEG Companies, the hotel features 168 meticulously designed guestrooms. The property also brings approximately 50 new hospitality jobs to the area, contributing to the local economy.

The ground floor welcomes guests with the signature AC Lounge, offering tapas-style small plates, local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails. The design reflects a modern European sensibility while drawing inspiration from the surrounding desert landscape and the nearby Scottsdale Arts District.

For those seeking event spaces, the hotel provides purpose-designed meeting rooms equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, catering to both corporate gatherings and private events.

Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the 950-square-foot, 24/7 fitness center on the top floor, featuring modern equipment and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the Valley. Adjacent to the fitness center, the rooftop pool provides sweeping vistas of Camelback Mountain and the Old Town skyline.

Each guestroom embodies the brand's European-inspired design, emphasizing openness and efficiency. Sleek furnishings, hardwood flooring, and an open-concept wardrobe maximize space, while built-in USB ports and complimentary Wi-Fi ensure a connected stay. The hotel also offers valet-only parking with a three-level underground garage and pet-friendly accommodations for small dogs up to 50 pounds.

A highlight of the property is Cielito, the rooftop bar and restaurant developed in collaboration with The Wayfaring Group. With seating for approximately 70 guests, Cielito delivers a modern yet intimate rooftop experience inspired by the coastal and desert regions of Northwest Mexico.

Chef Shon Foster has crafted a menu of elevated, shareable dishes rooted in bright citrus, charred elements, and bold regional flavors. The cocktail program highlights agave spirits and seasonal ingredients, designed to be refreshing and sunset-ready.
