Catch Seafood Restaurant Opening at Scottsdale Fashion Square 

Scottsdale is set to welcome the highly anticipated arrival of Catch, the upscale seafood restaurant known for its dynamic dining experience.

 

Scheduled to open its doors on September 19 at Scottsdale Fashion Square, Catch promises to deliver its celebrated blend of cuisine, design, and energy to the Valley.

 

This marks the seventh location for Catch, joining its esteemed counterparts in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami, and Dallas.

 

“Scottsdale is a natural next step for us as we continue to evolve the brand in exciting destinations,” said Mark Birnbaum, a partner of Catch Hospitality Group.

 

“With its dynamic dining scene and year-round appeal, we’re excited to introduce our signature blend of cuisine, design, and vibe to this incredible city.”

 

Initially announced in August 2023, Catch was slated to be part of the luxurious renovation of the mall’s south wing.

 

After a brief delay, the wait is nearly over.

 

The restaurant’s menu boasts a variety of seafood, sushi, and steak options, featuring fish sourced directly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market and premium cuts of Japanese Wagyu beef.

 

“Our Scottsdale menu will also include seasonal sushi inspired by the flavors and spirit of Arizona,” shared Eugene Remm, co-founder and partner of Catch Hospitality Group.

 

The bar program features martinis, specialty cocktails, mocktails, as well as a selection of beer, wine, and sake.

 

“Our aim is to blend refined elegance with a sense of fun in our cocktail program,” said Drew Reid, the hospitality group's associate beverage director.

 

The 11,700-square-foot space, designed by the Rockwell Group, blends desert modernism with a West Coast-inspired palette, incorporating limestone, layers of green, terracotta, wood, and oil-rubbed bronze.

 

Private dining options include the richly designed Emerald Room, featuring green leather banquettes, floral wallcoverings, and emerald and copper accents.

 

“Scottsdale is an incredible market with amazing growth as more people continue to move here,” Remm said.

 

“The clientele is amazing, and we’re excited for the opportunity to be alongside other great restaurants in this city.”
