Chance the Husky Mix Seeks Forever Home in Scottsdale |
Rescued Husky Mix Ready to Join a Loving Family |
Chance, a vibrant 3-year-old husky mix, is eagerly searching for his forever home in Scottsdale.
Rescued from a challenging situation in Navajo County, where over 50 husky mixes were found on a single property, Chance has embraced the love and care he now receives.
Initially shy, he has blossomed into a playful and affectionate companion.
True to his husky nature, Chance exhibits a touch of escape artistry; while wire and plastic crates couldn't contain him, a sturdy impact crate has proven effective.
Notably, he hasn't displayed destructive behaviors when left uncrated, though the crate aids in managing his separation anxiety.
With medium energy levels, Chance delights in walks, fetch, belly rubs, and cuddling with his humans.
He's also mastered the doggy door with ease.
While he can be selective about his canine companions, preferring to soak up human affection, he's made significant progress in sharing space and attention.
Currently residing with other large dogs, Chance is showing improvement with time and guidance.
Chance would thrive in various home environments, from active families to quieter households, provided he receives the companionship and structure he needs.
He enjoys snuggling with his humans at night and would likely do well with respectful children aged 7 and up.
Due to his anxiety, a home with another playful dog would be ideal, but with the right family who is frequently present, he could also flourish as an only dog.
Don't miss your chance to welcome this loving boy into your life—he's ready for his forever family!
