Chaparral Dog Park, located at 5401 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale, Arizona, offers a diverse range of amenities catering to both residents and visitors. Spanning 100 acres, the park features a community center, pool, lake for boating and fishing, and an inclusive playground designed for users of all abilities. 

The inclusive playground features unique equipment, including the Sensory Wave Climber, the Jam Box with adaptive switch technology, and the Expression Swing, which promotes emotional bonding among users. The playground's unitary rubber surface ensures seamless navigation for all visitors. 

A highlight of Chaparral Park is its expansive 3-acre dog park, a favorite among Scottsdale's canine community. The dog park is divided into three specialized areas: two designated for active and passive dogs, respectively, and a third area reserved for maintenance and turf repair. Amenities include grass fields, benches, play features, and water fountains. 

To maintain the quality of the dog park, maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. During these times, the dog park is closed to the public. 

For those interested in reserving sports fields, Chaparral Park offers a streamlined process. Prospective users are encouraged to complete a sports field request form, with requests addressed in the order received. A minimum of three business days' notice is required for field reservations.
