Estelle Opens in Old Town Scottsdale with Two-Story Open-Air Bar and Dining |
New Mediterranean-Mexican Fusion Spot Brings Coastal Vibes to the Entertainment District |
Estelle, a two-story open-air bar and dining destination, has officially opened its doors at 4439 N. Saddlebag Trail in Old Town Scottsdale.
Designed by the team behind The Montauk and Diego Pops, Estelle offers a unique blend of Mediterranean and Mexican influences, creating a vibrant atmosphere that captures the essence of coastal living.
The 5,800-square-foot venue accommodates up to 400 guests, featuring natural textures, soft coastal tones, and expansive views of Camelback Mountain.
By day, Estelle provides a breezy, open-air space perfect for long lunches and golden hour lounging; by night, it transforms into a warm, glowing rooftop escape with curated house-music programming.
Co-owner Caitlin Jocque expressed excitement about the new venture, stating, "We are incredibly excited to bring this new concept to the heart of the entertainment district. Arizona is full of beauty and energy, and we wanted to create a place that truly celebrates both."
The menu showcases a fusion of Greek, Italian, and coastal Mediterranean dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients and bold flavors.
Signature offerings include ahi tostadas with chipotle aioli and crispy leeks, birria grilled cheese with consomé, and campanelle alla vodka with burrata.
Pizzas range from classic Margherita to Spicy Sausage & Hot Honey and Figs & Pigs.
Desserts feature limoncello sorbet with prickly pear syrup and house-made affogato with cold brew.
The bar program emphasizes specialty cocktails built around seasonal citrus, Mediterranean spirits, and refreshing coastal flavors.
Highlights include the Sunseeker with tequila, mango, and bell pepper; the Huguette Spritz with pear, mint, and prosecco; and the Dirty Olive Oil Martini with feta-stuffed olives.
A rotating selection of rosé, sparkling wine, Champagne, and European wines complements the cocktail offerings, alongside beer, seltzers, and frozen spritzes.
Estelle also offers Golden Hour and Lunar Hour menus featuring $12 signature cocktails, pizza specials, and small plates such as papas bravas, queso fundido, bird’s nest fries, and citrus-Calabrian aguachile.
Operating hours are 4 p.m. during the week and 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
The venue is set to host a Winter Solstice Grand Opening Party on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
Estelle's opening adds to the dynamic culinary scene in Old Town Scottsdale, joining recent additions like The Ends, a restaurant inspired by Anthony Bourdain's food travels, and Not My First Rodeo, a country western restaurant and bar.
These new establishments contribute to the area's ongoing evolution, offering residents and visitors a diverse array of dining and entertainment options. |
