These villas offer a private entrance, reserved parking, and a secluded outdoor patio. Inside, guests will find a spacious living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and in-unit laundry facilities. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two queen beds, each with its own private bathroom. Accommodating up to eight guests, the villas are ideal for families and groups seeking a luxurious retreat. 

 

Guests staying in the villas have exclusive access to a newly renovated pool area, complete with a cozy fire pit, a grab-and-go market, and a bar. Additional amenities include pre-arrival refrigerator stocking, private chef dinners, poolside s'mores gatherings, wine and whiskey tastings, curated bachelor(ette) activities, and complimentary bikes for exploring Scottsdale.

 

The design of the villas, crafted by EllisAdams Design, draws inspiration from the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape. The interiors feature a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic with a color palette of sandy tones accented by native greenery. Natural stones, warm woods, and soft fabrics enhance the calming atmosphere, reflecting the essence of Southwest architectural design.

 

In addition to the villa renovations, the resort has introduced Salt & Sol, a Mediterranean-inspired poolside restaurant. This new dining venue showcases fresh, light flavors and offers a unique tasting experience featuring specialty salts from around the world.

 

The second and final phase of the villa renovation project is slated for completion in fall 2025, adding 20 additional premium two-bedroom villas for a total of 45. This expansion underscores the resort's commitment to providing exceptional accommodations and amenities for its guests.
