Phoenix Chorale Returns to Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts

Experience a sweeping choral-orchestral journey featuring contemporary masterpieces and a U.S. premiere

The acclaimed Phoenix Chorale is set to make a much-anticipated return to the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts with their latest concert, "TRANSCENDENCE."

Scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., this performance promises to be a highlight of the season.

Audiences will be treated to a rich tapestry of contemporary classical music, featuring works by renowned composers such as Arvo Pärt, Anna Thorvaldsdottir, and Ola Gjeilo.

A standout moment of the evening will be the U.S. premiere of British composer Rebecca Dale's symphonic choral work, "When Music Sounds."

This ambitious production will bring together a full orchestra of approximately 40 to 60 instrumentalists and an expanded chorus.

The ensemble will be augmented by talented student singers from Northern Arizona University, the University of Arizona, and the Canto Vivo Chorale of Mesa Community College, totaling 99 musicians on stage.

Tickets for "TRANSCENDENCE" are available through the Scottsdale Arts Box Office.

Prices range from $15 to $55, offering options for a wide range of attendees.
