As the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts marks its 50th anniversary, the 2025–26 season promises an array of captivating performances that honor its rich legacy. From Broadway luminaries to symphonic tributes and innovative dance, the lineup reflects the center's commitment to diverse and high-quality arts programming.
Kicking off the Scottsdale Broadway series, acclaimed actor and singer Jeremy Jordan will grace the stage on October 16 and 17, 2025. Known for his roles in "Newsies" and "Supergirl," Jordan's dynamic vocals and heartfelt storytelling are set to enthrall audiences.
Following him, Lea Salonga, a Disney Legend celebrated for her performances in "Miss Saigon" and "Les Misérables," will perform on November 12, 2025. Her powerful voice will bring to life classics from both stage and screen. Rounding out the series in Scottsdale, Cheyenne Jackson will present his "Signs of Life" tour on February 1, 2026, offering a musical meditation on art, love, and fatherhood.
The Scottsdale Symphonic Orchestra will embark on a six-part concert series titled "The American Journey: Struggle, Spirit, and Triumph," commemorating America's 250th anniversary. The series begins on October 19, 2025, with "Echoes of a New World: Reflections on Resilience and Renewal," featuring music that bridges European Romanticism with bold American voices. Subsequent concerts will explore themes of heroism, holiday traditions, and the American spirit through works by composers like Richard Wagner, John Williams, and George Gershwin.

Dance enthusiasts can look forward to performances by renowned companies. On January 31, 2026, Ballet Hispánico will present "CARMEN.maquia," a bold reimagining of the classic story, blending unrelenting energy with explosive movement. Additionally, the Taiwan-based Hung Dance will make its Arizona premiere on December 6, 2025, with "BIRDY," a performance that seamlessly blends tai chi with contemporary dance.
To commemorate this milestone, Scottsdale Arts will host The ARTrageous Gala on October 24, 2025. This event will honor five decades of groundbreaking performances and community impact, celebrating the transformative power of the performing arts that have shaped Scottsdale's cultural landscape.
