Scottsdale Happy Hour Unveiled at Elvira’s at DC Ranch

Experience a fusion of tradition and innovation with Elvira’s new happy hour offerings

Elvira’s at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, renowned for its commitment to locally sourced ingredients and handcrafted cocktails, has introduced a happy hour that blends inventive small plates with artisanal drinks.

 

Available from 4:30 to 6 p.m. daily, except Mondays, this offering aims to bring the vibrant energy of the dining room into the bar area.

 

“We wanted to bring the same energy from our dining room into the bar—lively, flavorful, and easy to enjoy,” says Tom Kaufman, owner of Kaufman Hospitality.

 

“Happy hour should feel like an escape, not an afterthought. It’s casual, but with Elvira’s twist that makes it something special.”

 

The happy hour menu features a selection of cocktails priced at $10 each, including:

 

Seduction – A blend of tequila, Ancho Reyes Poblano, strawberry, cucumber, lime, serrano, and prosecco.

 

Runway to Jalisco – A smooth mix of El Mayor Añejo, Amaro Nonino, Aperol, and lemon.

 

Golden Ember – Combines Aguamiel, Ancho Reyes Verde, lime, pineapple, and orange for a warm, tropical profile.

 

Blueberry Lemon Drop – Blueberry vodka shaken with lemon and agave for a bright, refreshing finish.

 

Complementing the drinks are inventive small plates, such as:

 

Shredded Chicken Taco ($3 each) – Pico de gallo, pickled onion, and jalapeño aioli.

 

Wagyu Short Rib Taco ($5 each) – Layered with cheese blend, jalapeño aioli, scallion, cotija, pickled onion, and cilantro.

 

Crispy Halibut Taco ($4 each) – Lightly fried and topped with pico de gallo and jalapeño aioli.

 

Grilled Shrimp Taco ($4 each) – Finished with mango pico de gallo, cilantro, pickled onion, and agave lime vinaigrette.

 

Street Corn Dip ($6) – A warm, creamy mix of tajin cream cheese, garlic, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and cotija, served with tortilla chips.

 

Shrimp Skewers ($10) – Tequila-grilled shrimp paired with zucchini, squash, and corn tortillas.

 

Ahi Tartare ($14) – Served with guacamole, shoyu vinaigrette, and blue corn tortilla chips.

 

Quesadilla Fritas ($12) – Stuffed with poblano pepper and potato, finished with crema, salsa roja, and pickled cotija.

 

Executive Chef Christopher George has meticulously crafted this menu to offer a unique happy hour experience that reflects Elvira’s dedication to quality and innovation.
