Payment: The Phoenician Spa in Scottsdale operates on a cashless basis. Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or charges to your room.

 

Couples Massage: This service cannot be booked online. Please call to reserve.

 

Group Bookings: For parties larger than four, contact the spa for assistance.

 

Expectant Mothers: The Expectant Mother Massage is available after the first 13 weeks of pregnancy.

 

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of four hours' notice is required to cancel or amend any reserved appointment. If you're unwell and provide less notice, the cancellation fee will be waived. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to the full treatment price.
