Scottsdale Waterfront to Host Italian Association of Arizona's 10th Annual Italian Festival

The Italian Association of Arizona is set to celebrate its 10th Annual Italian Festival at the Scottsdale Waterfront in Old Town Scottsdale.

 

This vibrant event will take place on Saturday, October 25, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, October 26, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Attendees will be transported to Italy through the festival's theme, 'La Strada del Vino', or 'The Street of Wine'.

 

This two-day celebration offers an immersive experience into Italian culture, featuring authentic cuisine, live entertainment, and an extensive selection of over 30 wines from regions like Tuscany, Veneto, and Sicily.

 

Festival-goers can indulge in a variety of Italian dishes from renowned local vendors such as Pomo Pizzeria, Marcellino Ristorante, and Mamma Lucy.

 

Newcomers like Luna by Giada and Elephante will also showcase their culinary offerings.

 

Beyond the gastronomic delights, the festival will feature live performances from artists including Italian soprano Ripalta Bufo and the Tre Tenore, promising to captivate audiences with their musical talents.

 

Adding to the excitement, Salvatore Ferragamo Jr., grandson of the legendary fashion designer, will make a special appearance on Sunday afternoon.

 

Following the festival, Ferragamo Jr. will host an exclusive seven-course dinner on Monday, October 27, at Virtu Honest Craft in Scottsdale.

 

This intimate event, limited to 50 guests, will feature wine pairings from Il Borro and Pinino, with a portion of the proceeds supporting the development of a future Italian Culture Center.
