U of A Scottsdale Center Hosts CATalyst CHAT on Fusion Energy's Limitless Potential

The University of Arizona's Scottsdale Center is set to host an enlightening CATalyst CHAT titled "Fusion: A Future of Limitless Energy" on October 7, 2025, from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

 

This event will spotlight the university's groundbreaking fusion energy initiative, which unites expertise from engineering, physics, and optical sciences to explore how fusion technology can revolutionize our energy landscape.

 

Attendees will gain insights from esteemed speakers, including Senior Vice President for Research & Partnerships Tomás Díaz de la Rubia, College of Engineering Craig M. Berge Dean David Hahn, and Professor of Materials Science Horst Hahn.

 

They will discuss the future of fusion energy and the University of Arizona's pivotal role in its commercialization.

 

This program is presented in partnership with the U of A Alumni Engineering Council.
