Since 1995, our veteran-owned, family operated restaurant has combined bold New Mexican flavors with an unforgettable cave-like atmosphere filled with bat, waterfalls, Roswell memorabilia, and unique decor around every corner. Located on Hayden Road, Carlsbad Tavern offers a dining experience unlike anywhere else in Arizona. Guests can enjoy our famous Bat Cave dining room, relaxing patio with winter heaters and summer misters, handcrafted margaritas, daily Happy Hour and Reverse Happy Hour, and a menu packed with spicy new Mexican favorites and modern Southwestern specialties.
