Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll is a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant that reinvents a tradition of healthy, fresh and tasty Vietnamese food. We take the exciting palates from the streets of Vietnam and make it simple, customizable and convenient.

Born & Bred is an eclectic neighborhood restaurant located in the Shops at Hilton Village in Scottsdale, Arizona. The restaurant offers a dining experience with a focus on wood-fired dishes, including whole-roasted fish, steaks, and fire-kissed vegetables. There is also a show-stopper bread service with unique and local-leaning accouterments. While pizza will not be the focus of the menu, there will be a few pies available, both traditional and not-so-traditional. The drinks program at Born & Bred features classic-leaning cocktails, wine, and beer. The drinks menu is helmed by Beverage Director Melissa Orgler, formerly of Pigtails. Born & Bred is open for brunch, lunch, happy hour, dinner, and takeout. Open Daily.

Owners, Susan and Roberto Rossi, maintain authenticity with Italian staff members, several from Roberto’s native Veneto region. The menu features authentic Venetian style cuisine, fresh, flavorful dishes, all lightly prepared. Daily specials offered as menu options in the custom of trattorias in Italy. Dinner menu includes signature dishes Baccala Mantscato, a Venetian style cod served with grilled polenta and Calamari in Umido, calamari sautéed in a garlic- tomato broth, served with fresh peas and croutons.
