Viewing food as an art form, Food Network Chopped Champion and James Beard Award Semi-Finalist Chef Cory Oppold leads the culinary team at COURSE in Scottsdale, crafting seasonal tasting menus designed to engage both the palate and the visual senses. COURSE offers an 8-course chef’s tasting menu on Friday and Saturday, and a 5-course “choice of” tasting menu Tuesday through Thursday. Limited of • COURSE experiential dinners are offered throughout the year. The beverage program features curated wine pairings and an extensive wine list led by Sommelier David Sanders, alongside an outstanding cocktail program by mixologist Justin Chard.
