CP Coffee & Pâtisserie Set to Open in Scottsdale |
Celebrated coffee roaster and acclaimed pastry chef collaborate on new café |
Scottsdale is about to welcome a delightful new addition to its culinary scene.
CP Coffee & Pâtisserie, a collaboration between Peixoto Coffee Roasters and Chacónne Patisserie, is set to open its doors on September 25, 2025, 8119 East Roosevelt St., Scottsdale, 85257.
This partnership brings together two of the Scottsdale area's most esteemed culinary talents.
Julia Peixoto Peters, a fourth-generation coffee farmer, has been a pioneer in specialty coffee in the area.
Her family-owned Peixoto Coffee Roasters sources beans directly from their farm in Brazil, ensuring a bean-to-cup experience.
On the other side, Mark ChacĂłn of ChacĂłnne Patisserie has garnered acclaim for his exquisite pastries, earning the title of the Scottsdale area's Best Pastry Chef in 2022 and 2023.
The café will feature two distinct counters.
One will serve a selection of Chacónne’s pastries, sourdough breads, cakes, and a variety of salads and sandwiches.
The other will offer a range of coffees and espressos from Peixoto Coffee Roasters.
Notably, the coffee bar will include a tap wall pouring cold brews, tonic water, and iced teas, alongside stations for espresso drinks and pour-over coffees.
During the Scottsdale grand opening weekend, from September 25 to 28, the café will operate with limited hours, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Starting September 29, the hours will extend to 6 p.m.
The opening weekend here in Scottsdale will feature live music, discounts, prizes, and the first taste of their delicious coffee and pastries.
Both Peixoto Peters and ChacĂłn have expressed excitement about this new venture.
Peixoto Peters noted the anticipation from the Scottsdale community, stating, “We have a lot of people who have been clamoring for us to come to Scottsdale for several years, so it’s nice to be able to put our flag here finally.”
Chacón added, “It’s going to be constant, and it’ll really be something to see,” referring to the round-the-clock baking operation planned to keep the cases full.
As Scottsdale continues to evolve as a culinary destination, the arrival of CP Coffee & Pâtisserie is a testament to the vibrant and growing food scene in the area.
Scottsdale residents and visitors alike can look forward to experiencing the unique offerings of this new café. |
